What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored as a one-way hash).
• What you tell the Handler and the Intel interview, and what the AI builds for you.
• Store data: products, orders, buyer names and emails, reviews and subscribers.
• Support conversations and tickets.
• Payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

How we use it

To run the service, personalise what the AI builds, deliver products to your buyers, provide support, prevent abuse and send service emails. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

Your inputs are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. Please don't share sensitive personal information that isn't needed for your business.

Your rights

You can export your data and delete your account from Privacy & Data in your dashboard, or email support@eliteoperatormethod.com. UK GDPR gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to complain to the ICO.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
