Refund policy

Plans

If your first paid plan isn't right for you, email support@eliteoperatormethod.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, provided you've used fewer than half of that month's credits. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel any time to stop the next one.

Credit packs

Unused top-up packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Academy guides

Refundable within 14 days if you've opened fewer than half the lessons.

Products bought from a member's storefront

Each storefront is run by an independent seller who sets their own refund policy. Contact the seller through the support chat on their store.
