Terms of service
Last updated 2 October 2026. Draft for review by a solicitor before launch.
1. Who we are
Elite Operator Method ("we") provides software that helps you plan, create and sell digital products. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Monthly AI credits refresh on renewal and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is open. Prices include VAT where applicable.
4. AI-generated content
The platform uses artificial intelligence to draft content. Drafts can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish or sell it, and for making sure your products and claims are accurate and lawful.
5. What you own
You own the products, copy and other content you create with the platform, and you grant us a licence to host and display it so we can run the service (for example, your storefront).
6. Selling on your storefront
You are the seller of your products. You are responsible for your products, customer service, the refunds you offer, and any taxes on your sales. Payments are processed by our payment provider under its own terms.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful, including selling content you do not have the right to sell or making income or health claims you cannot support.
8. Partners
Partner commissions are paid on payments that clear and are not refunded. We may withhold commission for self-referrals, spam or misleading promotion.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee any income or result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. Questions: support@eliteoperatormethod.com. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
